Due to take place from 6 to 8pm on January 24th the wine tasting affair will kick off at Scenic Cellars down Tuwharetoa Street in Taupo. Conducted at the venue’s Balcony area the Aromatic Wine Tasting event has become something of a staple in Taupo’s engaging tourist calendar with wine connoisseurs young and old heading to the famed wine retail venue to sample the best of the locally and internationally brewed varieties.

Having opened its premier wine boutique as early as 1981, Scenic Cellars has become an icon in the field of wine promotion in not only its home state but New Zealand as whole. Renowned country wide for its exquisite collection of wines and unwavering attention to detail and high quality, the venue is run by a competent team of wine enthusiasts with more than 140 years of experience in the industry between them and a taste for the best the vintages have to offer.
