Laksa

It’s a rice noodles dish that has all the ingredients like prawns, bean sprouts, and many other herbs as well. The most popular variety is the Katong Laksa that’s available at most of the street food outlets in Singapore.

Hainanese chicken rice

A rice dish that first gets steamed with ginger, chicken stock, and garlic. It is then served with chicken pieces that have been arranged in a specific manner to please your taste buds.
