Bite-Sized Gyoza

Gyoza are basically teeny dumplings that you can devour in a single bite! Their simple filling of minced pork and garlic is packed with flavour and is perfectly complemented by a crispy exterior. Their small size means you’ll soon lose track of how many you enjoy!

Mizutaki

This hot pot dish is a Fukuoka classic from the late 19th century, and it’s still a local favourite, thanks to the juicy chicken chunks and seasonal veggies that are simmered in a flavourful broth. It’s the perfect pick-me up after a long day before heading back to your Fukuoka apartments. 

Yakitori

Tonkotsu Ramen

Fukuoka is the birthplace of this world-renowned ramen variety, so it’s no surprise that you’ll find it in almost any street stall.
