Exotic Food in Vietnam – Discovering the Ultimate Taste of Excellence

Cơm hến is a popular as well as an inexpensive rice dish to be found in the city of Hue that uses rice and clams. Sticky rice is also favourites among the Vietnamese as well as dumplings, pastries and pancakes. Preserved fruits, tofu, sausages and fermented fish, shrimp and meat are also among the popular dishes to be found in this land of delicacies.
