Choose a good event venue

One of the fundamentals of having a good event is to ensure that the venue you choose is good and has a unique setting for the comfort of your guests. There are a few business hotels that have special conference rooms with a spacious and unique setting such as the Berjaya hotels and resorts that have many branches all over Asia and Europe.

Create a buzz early

Apart from just providing an itinerary on the day of the event, why not create a buzz much earlier on? Design a creative invitation and send it out earlier while sending out email teasers to the guests with menu plans and weather predictions on the day of the event. Creating a buzz will ensure people will be looking forward to the day

Interact with people

Events with long presentations can get a little boring for the guests. Have some impromptu quizzes and question/answer rounds to keep their attention and always have a good interaction with your guests to ensure engagement.

Include senior management

Having experienced professionals speak at the event will give guests the impression of importance as these people took time off their busy schedules to come speak at the event. Have them present their experience and interact with guests one on one.
