Western food

You’ll find an abundance of western food if that’s what you’re looking for. There are quite a lot of options that are served at different restaurants and resorts, such as Berjaya Tioman Resort. For those wanting to taste a bit of home when they feel slightly homesick, especially cooked western food awaits you.

Local food

If you’re staying around the local villages, you’re bound to come across several Tioman Island restaurants that serve the local cuisine. It’s best if you walk around the villages and restaurants in the area, looking through the menus before deciding what to settle with. If you’re up for being adventurous, you can try out several local dishes and you just might find a favourite!

Finding food in Tioman will be a challenge if you’re a picky eater. Local dishes in Tioman aren’t so costly, however, if you’re looking for western food, these tend to be more on the pricier end. There are plenty of bars and pubs around Tioman, where you’ll find people hanging around in the evenings and the wee hours of the morning.
